Washington: The US court rejected the appeal of the newly elected President Donald Trump and announced that his sentence will be maintained in the case. A judge has upheld Trump's indictment in the business information falsification case, but the president-elect likely won't be sentenced to prison. The court has set a date of January 10 for the sentencing of Donald Trump. According to the report, Donald Trump will be the first president of the United States to serve as president despite being declared a criminal. Newly elected US President Donald Trump will take the oath of office on January 20, while on January 10 he will be sentenced by a New York court in the "hush money case"
