ICC CEO resigns
International Cricket Council CEO Jeff Allardyce has stepped down, having joined cricket's global body in 2012.
The ICC has today confirmed that Jeff Allardyce has decided to step down as ICC Chief Executive, having joined as GM Cricket in 2012. I was appointed CEO of ICC.

Allardyce joined the ICC as General Manager Cricket 13 years ago from Cricket Australia where he held the position of Cricket Operations Manager.
"It has been an honor to serve as Chief Executive Officer of the International Cricket Council and I am incredibly proud of the results of my tenure," Allardyce said.
ICC Chairman Jay Shah said, "On behalf of the ICC Board, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Jeff Ka, who has worked with determination during his tenure."
His efforts have played a key role in advancing cricket at the global level, we are grateful for his services and wish him all the best for the future.
