World Hezbollah has announced the funeral prayer and burial of its 2 martyred leaders
Beirut: Lebanon's resistance organization Hezbollah has announced the funeral and burial of its two former leaders, Shaheed Hassan Nasrallah and Shaheed Hashim Safiuddin.
Hezbollah Secretary General Naeem Qasim announced in his video statement released today that the funeral and burial of Syed Hassan Nasrullah and Hashim Safiuddin will take place on February 23, Sunday.
He said that after the martyrdom of Hassan Nasrullah, due to the war that continued for two months, the funeral of Hassan Nasrullah could not be done in public, due to which he was cremated, but now his funeral prayers are held in public. It will be paid at the meeting.
Sheikh Naeem Qasim also said that along with Hassan Nasrullah, the funeral prayers of Hashim Safiuddin, who is considered to be his successor, will also be offered.
He said that the funeral of Hashim Safiuddin will also be held as the Secretary General of Hezbollah because Hashim Safiuddin was made the Secretary General of Hezbollah a few days after the martyrdom of Hassan Nasrullah.
