World America: Snow storms in southwestern states, Alabama breaks 143-year-old record

 The snow storm disrupted the life system in the southwestern states of the United States.

 According to the American media, strong winds are blowing due to the snowstorm and record-breaking snowfall in the southeastern states, due to which 4 people have lost their lives in different incidents.

 According to media reports, about 3,200 flights were canceled and schools closed in the states due to the blizzard, while blizzard warnings were issued for 31 million people in the southeastern states.

 According to US media, 3 to 6 inches of snow have been recorded from Houston to Alabama, 8 inches in New Orleans, while records were broken in Florida where 5.5 inches of snow was seen.

 Meanwhile, Alabama also broke the 143-year-old record of snowfall in one day, where more than 5 inches of snow was recorded.

 In addition, states of emergency are in effect in Louisiana, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, Mississippi and citizens have been instructed to stay at home.
