London: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy met with British Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer today during which a loan agreement of 2.8 billion dollars was reached between the two countries.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in London today to meet with the British Prime Minister after the bitterness with the American President Trump yesterday, where the Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer welcomed him with a hug.
According to the news agency, the Ukrainian President met with the British Prime Minister in Ten Downing, where a loan agreement of 2.8 billion dollars was reached between the two countries.
In this regard, Ukrainian President Zelensky said after the meeting that the loan will be used in the production of weapons in Ukraine.
Before meeting with the British Prime Minister, I told him that I want to thank you and the British people for their support of Ukraine, King Charles accepted my meeting yesterday, thank you and thank you for that.
Having organized such a large European summit, Ukrainians are happy that we have such strategic partners, Zelinsky said.
