According to media reports, a video of a man sexually abusing several dogs also surfaced, which was recorded by the accused's friend and uploaded to KX.
After the related video went viral, the man was caught by the public, tortured and then handed over to the police.
According to Indian media, the accused himself has confessed to misbehaving with 6 dogs, while a woman neighbor of the accused has claimed that the man sexually abused 13 dogs.
Police officials say that the accused has been arrested and an investigation has been launched.
