President of Ukraine Zelensky says that Ukraine will not participate in the US-Russia talks in Saudi Arabia, there will be no result of any talks without the inclusion of Ukraine, and will not agree to any agreement that does not include Ukraine.
President Zelensky spoke to the Ukrainian media on video link after arriving in the United Arab Emirates for a visit to the Middle East. Zelensky said that we will sign an agreement that includes security guarantees, and China's involvement is important to increase pressure on President Putin to end the war.
