I am the only eyewitness to the murder of Mustafa Amir, I am being pressured, the accused Shiraz

KARACHI: Mustafa Amir kidnapping and murder case was heard today in the court of Judicial Magistrate South, in which the accused Shiraz said that he is being pressured to give a confession.

 Another development has come in the case of Mustafa Amir's kidnapping and murder in Karachi, the accused Shiraz was produced in the court to record his confession under Section 164.

 Judicial Magistrate South gave the accused one hour to think before giving his statement and remarked that it is a matter of life and death, you should think carefully.

 Accused Shiraz said in the court that he is being pressured to confess, he has been told that if he confesses, he will be punished, the accused said that I was helpless at the time of the incident, I am being implicated in this case. The magistrate said that on this statement of the accused, the request of the investigating officer for confession is rejected.

 Mustafa Amir murder case: FIA has started investigation

 The court said that the accused says that he is a witness that Armaghan killed Mustafa Amir in front of him, the accused said that he was helpless and helpless so he could not do anything, and what he told the police till date was as a witness.

 The investigating officer said that today's statement of the accused Shiraz has gone in our favor, he has admitted that the murder took place in front of him. Accused Shiraz said that I am not the accused but an eyewitness, I am the only eyewitness in front of whom Armaghan killed Mustafa.
